体能,能不能?
今天学校提早下课。
反正时间还早就上山运动去了。
这不是第一次运动。
也不是第一次上山运动,不过!!
这却是很久之后的第一次身上毫无包袱的运动!
(包袱如书包,皮夹,手机等等 等等 等等等。。。)
过去几天,壁虎放学后走路回家时偶尔会顺便上山使用上面的 exercise corner.
可是今天不同,壁虎先回家把牛仔裤换了才上去。
然后也就把“包袱”放在家里。
今天体能好像有点进步。
不过 还是烂到~~
Push-up 还算好,最有希望的就是它了。。
其余的都算 hopeless~ jia lat~!
Sit-up: 退步了!!从40变到20下。
Sit and reach: 现在连捧 measuring tape 都有问题!!
Pull up: 一下!!
Standing board jump: 180!!
跑步如何?
在我后面的伯伯,追上了。
在我前面的伯伯,在我后面!!!
不过是他们跑完了那圈但我还仍然离原点没多远。

看来只有别人 overtake 我的份。。。
跑步的时候,脚未罢工,但。。。
腹部以开始隐隐作痛,
肺部以开始模仿漏气的气球,
“人头灯笼”似乎也熄灭了,眼前开始暗了下来。
不过勉强还是让我混过三圈,啦~
(因为使用了“跑两分钟走五分钟”的“战略”)
在山上呆了3个小时就下山了。
买了罐 100 plus,喝着当儿天上下起细雨绵绵。
喝完了又跑出去淋雨跑一圈。
一个字,爽!
不过肚子全是水。。真坏事。。
刚才全身是劲,还吃下大概两碗饭。
但现在好累,睡眼惺忪。
明早醒来可能还会全身酸酸的~
不过算了,值得的。
还是别等到 NS 那天才来连续受难。
肌肉又结实了!

u going into NS soon meh? y these few days to diligent go exercise? i dun mean that u should only be exercising to train urself for NS, it's good to be exercising regularly but judging from someone's performance it seems like this lizard either hasn't been exercising for very very long time or never had the habit of exercising (like me!).
btw, i found a few "grammar" mistakes in this post. i.e u typed: 壁虎在回家途中爬上直落部兰雅山运动去了!BUT, u didn't go there on ur way home. Instead, u went home to change, dropped ur belongings before u went there. & i think ur use of the phrase 顺理成章 is wrong... is 顺便 not 顺理成章... that phrase is use in other scenario one... it's not exactly wrong but then 用得不恰当. btw, where's that watever 山?
like i say, you cant control urself on the lizard's ground.

I also not fit leh...I don't think I can even do 1 push up...NS...DIE!!!
six pack got is got lar, budden still very united, cant seperate them yet.
1 push up oso cannot ar? jia lat lar liddat!
Eh...nonono...is pull up....the one got bar then we pull ourself to the bar there...I one also cannot...too heavey...hahaha
But my sit up not bad lah. Better than you. Can do 50 times per min. :)
ohh pull up ar? tt wan damn difficult wan. i cheat cheat abit then only can do 1.

my sit up best record 40, still loose to u. nvm, i think i wan to train untill i can do 70/min!!
