法律？罚款？

法律？罚款？

新加坡有什么在国外是响当当的？
罚款嘛。
Singapore is a "fine" city，不是吗？
有谁不知，有谁没听过，把手举起来。举高点！
壁虎没看到有人举手。

常常都会在组屋楼下，巴士站，地铁车厢，百货公司里，看到罚款警告牌。
可说是走到哪儿，看到哪儿。

不过问题是很多人依然知法犯法。
还是有人在电梯里抽烟。
还是有人搭巴士尽量少付钱。
还是有人在地铁上吃汽水喝署条。

全新加坡没一个角落不用受到罚款的“威胁”。
可是被罚款的人怎么那么少？
不是70%以上的人都乱抛垃圾吗？
难道没人在 ulu 的禁烟区抽烟吗？

因为旁观者太多？
只会看但不会、不敢、不想说？
还是告牌只能用来吓唬人？
如果吓不了，那我们也没辙了？
该不会有人以为警察会24小时巡逻车站，电梯，乌节路，寻找违法者吧？

“警民合作”常听到。
但是，如果看到有 ah pek 在车站抽烟，你看不爽会报警吗？
警察又会说什么？
壁虎无法想象。。。
“请你帮我们看着 ah pek，警方5分钟后会到车站给 ah pek 开罚单。”？

你或许会说上面的情况没什么好报警的。
那如果有人和你搭同一趟点梯，他却在电梯里抽烟呢？
我想警察是一辈子都不会去电梯 spot check 的吧？
但电梯还是禁止抽烟。
责任若不在于你我，那在于谁？

不知要说什么了。
自己想想吧。。自由发挥。。
想到再告诉壁虎。

    应该设一个志愿警察部门，让老百姓可以执行一些警察的基本权利。这样警察伯伯就不用24小时守在电梯啦！
    还有，以前好像有禁止随地吐痰的哦？现在怎么没看到了？

    志愿警察部门壁虎以前好像有听过。
    好像是让居民去邻里警岗报名的。
    现在也不知搞得怎么了。

    禁止随地吐痰？SARS 期间的事吗？
    可能应为 SARS 没了，警方也开始松懈了。
    曾经读过一个 blog，竟然有老伯伯连巴士也不放过，照样吐痰。

    i think the 不可以随便吐痰 law is long long time ago when i was young... cuz i think i remember knowing about it then but then still everywher eveyone is spitting. then now like dun have the law already... actually i think still have... if a policemean see it happen in front of him i think he will warn & maybe even fine the person... but i think perhaps it's no longer being emphasized.

    eh i like the 吃汽水喝署条！when i read it the first time i thought some one typo again wanted to come malu u again but then when i read it the second time i think maybe is u purposely one cuz i think quite cute!

    edit:: wahaha watch dinner eat TV even better! eat TV! wahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

    cos last time in msn i purposely said to my fren "hey i need to go liao, go watch dinner eat TV."
    then my fren oso laugh untill peng.
    budden i thought it was lame.

    hmmm, it's lame lar but this time is more cute than lame... not exactly funny, just cute, especially the watch dinner eat TV... dunno y also... =)
